Grape is one of the most cultivated fruits in the world it is round shape small in size sweet and sour fruit, it grows in group of 15 to 300 and it has different colors such as black, dark blue, yellow, green, orange and pink. It is cultivated on large scale in many countries according to report of Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) approximately 75,866 square kilometers land of the world is dedicated to grapes, 71% production of grape is used for making wine, 27% is used as fresh fruit, and 2% as dried fruit. It is a very tasty fruit and it is liked by all ages of humans, grape is used in many products like wine, jam, jelly. Vinegar, raisins and juice etc basically raisins are dry grape fruit and it is used in many sweet dishes. Cultivation of grape is started from 8000 years ago and since then grape is a major source in production of wine, it is simply made by crushing and blending grapes into a liquid and then  fermented and made into wine, brandy or vinegar.
