Whitey Bulger is one of the oldest and dangerous criminals in the world, who was born on 3rd September, 1929. He is known as the former crime boss of Winter Hill Gang in Boston. Bulger was charged for 19 murders by the federal prosecutors. In addition, FBI provided that he also served as the informant for the Federal Bureau of Investigation. The surprising fact is that he is the brother of William Bulger who is a former President of the Massachusetts Senate.

1. Joaquin Guzman

The U.S Department of State set the bounty of $5 Million on his head and United States Department of the Treasury qualified him as the “most powerful drug trafficker in the world”. He was captured by Mexican Navy’s Special Forces in 2016 and still imprisoned.
