Diabetes also called Diabetes mellitus (DM) is one of the most deadly diseases found in almost every country according to report of World Health Organization (WHO) it is fifth disease which cause most deaths in the world. This disease occurs due to high blood sugar levels and insufficient production of insulin in body, it is key to many other diseases its main symptoms are frequent urination, increased thirst, and increased hunger. There are usually three types of diabetes Type 1, Type 2 and Gestational diabetes, it is a long term disease which can be cured by proper treatment, medication, healthy diet and physical exercises. If diabetes left untreated it can cause many other diseases and complications such as cardiovascular disease, stroke, chronic kidney failure, foot ulcers, and damage to the eyes.
